FAST PRINT
With the fast printing technique, we can print on our ready-made standard bags in small quantities such as 500/1.000 pieces. In the fast printing technique, the background color of the bag cannot be changed, that is, it cannot be completely printed. Although prints such as text and logo are preferred, up to 6 colors can be printed.
ORIGINAL VERSION
A. Flexo Printing
The raw material is printed with rubber clichés. The printed material is laminated with other layers, if any, and then cut in cutting machines and turned into bags. A maximum of 12 colors can be printed, but the minimum quantity is 500 kg.
B. Rotogravure Printing
The raw material is pressed with metal cylinders. Although the cost of the plate is higher than flexo printing, it gives much better results than flexo printing in prints that require high resolution such as human faces. The printed material is laminated with other layers, if any, and then cut in cutting machines and turned into bags. A maximum of 12 colors can be printed, but the minimum quantity is 500 kg.
